Experience Brings Self Confidence

A well-known architect was once summoned to the court as a witness. The attorney cross-examining him asked: “Will you please identify yourself for the court? What is your occupation?”

Without batting an eyelid, the architect gave his name and added, “I am the finest architect in the world.”

Later, a friend remonstrated with him. “How could you say something like that in court?” he asked,

“Don’t you realize people might take you for an immodest person?”
