Applying Creativity

In order to complete a professional paper, a student had to conduct and include an opinion poll. He positioned himself, clipboard in hand, on a busy street but people were in too much of a hurry to talk to him. He went home without a single interview.

Undaunted, he returned the next day. This time, he enlisted the help of a friend who owned a video camera and had agreed to act as a cameraman. Microphone in hand and camera rolling, he was met with instant success. He made ten attempts and got ten smiling interviewees. Suddenly, no one seemed to be in the slightest hurry.
