My Ride In A Cable Car
On our return from Singapore, I couldn’t stop raving about an experience, to my friend and that was my trip in a cable car. The cable car took us from one of summits of Faber Mountain to the low hill of Sentosa, which is a famous resort island and a huge tourist attraction. As we approached the heights of Faber Mountain, I was a little wary of the fact that we’d be plying over the city. Daddy bought the tickets and we stepped into our cable car which resembled a carriage suspended in air. It was a bright red with white stripes and looked beautiful. Through its glass window, we could take a breathtaking view of the remarkable city of Singapore, its harbour bustling with workers, some tiny islands off the coast, and the busy port area. The ships looked like small boats and the boats like toys. The sky above looked beautifully blue and the sea below crystal blue. Admiring these things, I forgot my fear of heights and before I realised, the trip was over. Daddy called out to me to step-but for yet another adventure at Sentosa!
