Relaxing Is Important
There are days when nothing seems right. School hours feel stretched and we don’t feel happy from inside. Stress builds up within us due to work pressure, an unhappy incident, family turmoil, exam pressure or any other unpleasant event, triggering a depressed feeling. Life in cities is extremely fast-paced. Families are nuclear, parks and open spaces are scarce, daily sources of entertainment are either movies, malls, television or computer and members of the family have little time for each other. All these reasons lead to a bottled-up feeling, causing stress to build up and making us unhappy. It could lead to grave consequences at times.
Relaxation is possible. One can get his mind and body in harmony by meditating, chanting, pursuing a hobby, spending some time close to nature or in open spaces, taking a holiday to a favoured destination or just being with family and friends. Worrying about anything never yields results; instead, relax your body and think of solutions to the problem. Start smiling, start living.
