Due to his virtue, he started praising Lord Shiva in the same situation. Being pleased with his praises, Lord Shankar, graciously, looked at him and said – O more! Ask on, what do you want? The other said to Maheshwar in Gadgad Bani – God! If you are happy with me, then please give me this verse that I am always devoted to you. By listening to the word of the other, Shiva gave that monk to his rare devotion and brought it down from Trishul and gave it the Ganadipad.
