Having a bath everyday
A clear and healthy skin is indicative of a healthy body. Having an early morning bath makes your feet fresh and you walk out of home feeling good. A bath in the evening is even more necessary than the one in the morning. An evening bath removes all the sweat, dirt and grime that we collect when we are outdoors. A bath opens all the pores on the skin and leaves you feeling refreshed.
My brother came home one night tired from a football game. He removed his shoes and just slumped in to bed. He didn’t remove his clothes or wash his face. He kept tossing and turning in bed but sleep evaded him. Eventually he tired of it and got up and went for a bath. Dressed in clean clothes, the next time he hit the pillow he was asleep in a jiffy. After that, he never forgets to have a bath before going to bed.
