Disc Jockey

Disc Jockey, also called a DJ, is basically a musical group most commonly engaged by customers for any celebration. A DJ mixes and presents music according to the event.

My neighbours celebrated their silver jubilee wedding anniversary and hired a DJ to make the evening livelier. The programme began with a religious worship song. The DJ then invited the ‘couple of the evening’ and showered compliments on them in the form of an especially composed song journeying through 25 years of their married life. Now the programme turned interactive. The musicians played on musical instruments belting out popular hip-hop films and folk songs. The dancers skilfully performed with perfect choreography while the singers brought the original singers’ voices home. The DJ had an amazing sense of humour and kept us engrossed. It turned to be an extremely entertaining evening which left a lasting impression on us. It was needless to say that all those present had a wonderful time and thanked the host for engaging a highly competent and talented DJ.
