The untidy boy
Dimpesh liked to be surrounded by clutter. His bedroom was always a mess. His books were strewn across the bed and his toys scattered all over the floor. His bed was always untidy and when he opened his closet his clothes tumbled out. His parents shouted at him to no avail.
One day, Dimpesh got selected for the interstate track and field event. All the participants were given a qualification ticket which they had to present when they came to the event. Dimpesh came home and just threw the ticket on the table. Soon other stuff piled on top of the ticket. On the day of the competition, he couldn’t remember where he had kept it. He looked at the mess in his room and began to cry. Hearing him wailing, his mother rushed upstairs. She handed him the ticket and said she had seen it on the floor and kept it when she saw it was important. That day Dimpesh vowed to always keep his room neat and tidy.
