Who discovered blood circulation?
If blood stopped circulating in our body we would die. It was an English doctor called William Harvey who discovered blood circulation in 1628. He discovered that the heart pumps blood into the arteries. He also showed how it circulates all around the body and returns to the heart along the veins.
