Our school building
A huge black gate opens to welcome you to St. Anne’s Convent High School; my school. It is a huge grey building, standing tall in the centre of our neighbourhood. It is a four storied structure surrounded by tall well-trimmedAshoka trees. Metallic letters spell the school’s name at the top right hand corner of the building and next to the name in red and gold is the school’s emblem.
On the ground floor is the Principal’s office and next to it the Staff room. The main assembly hall is to the right of the Principal’s office. On each level there are classrooms. They are large and airy. Huge blackboards adorn the main wall of each classroom. Each floor has a music hall and an auditorium.
Our school is special because it is the only school in our area which is spacious and has a big playground.
